The only problem that we
had was that we had to come home!!
I can honestly that your
house was flawless (We also had no problems with anything at all, we
never even broke a glass.) and the estate the best we have stayed on.
The lads want to go back again next year. As this trip was for our
youngest's twenty first birthday the wife and I keep thinking they will
stop coming away with us, but the Florida bug bites deep!
If I were to make any
comments I would as follows:
- In the past we have
had problems with pool heating being set so low as to not effect the
pool temperature. Your pool and jacuzzi heating was the best we have
ever had in the eight villa rentals or so we have had.
- The owner of the
management company introduced himself which was a nice touch as we
would have felt easier had we have had to ring him, but we had no need
to contact him whatsoever.
- There was nothing to
pick the small amount of debris that we found gathered on the surface
of the pool, so we bought a cheap one from WalMart.
- One thing you may
consider would be a small list of recommended restaurants. For example
we happened upon Manny's Chophouse and found it to be excellent. This
may be asking for trouble though as not all people have the same
tastes, but it may be worth asking visitors to list their favourite
restaurants for the benefit of future visitors.
With regards to the key
we had no problems with the coded entry which we liked better than keys
being a party of four adults we could come and go as we please without
worrying about keys etc.
I would definitely use
your villa again and I have the website stored should any friends or
colleagues ask for a recommendation. This does happen as we have
visited Florida on this type of holiday a lot of times and are seen as
something of experts on the area.

| The
gated
community was wonderful and your villa was BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! We
absolutely loved it and our stay there.....we didn't really want our
vacation to end. I'd looked at the house online
but the online pictures did not convey the spaciousness and
the convenience of the floor plan. It was so nice to have 2 distinct
seating areas to separate the adult relaxing area from the kids
relaxing area at times. What a relaxing place this was to return to
after a day at the parks or whatever. The custom
flower arrangements everywhere (the fuchsia color was beautiful and
very modern and gave a refreshing feeling) and the artwork on the walls
made it feel like we were living in a beautifully decorated model
home!!!! This is the perfect way for a family to
vacation. Having a full washer and dryer at our disposal was a
tremendous help. The pool and the relaxing spa and the games room were
big bonuses that helped to keep everyone entertained throughout our
stay. We bought these 2 foam 'noodles' for the
kids to play with in the pool and left them there for the next guests
to enjoy. We plan to refer friends that plan to
visit the area to you . We simply had a fabulous
time vacationing in your villa. We all agreed that we want to stay at
your home again the next time we plan to vacation in that area.

apologize for not being able to let you know what a wonderful vacation
we had - my Internet server was down for the past week.
We thank you very
much, Florida Belle is truly beautiful! For sure, we will return there
(after all, still have Magic Kingdom tickets left!) and we will
recomend it to our friends. We did have a lot of fun, even during the
tropical storm (I hope Adrian did not mess up to much the board games!)

| This was our first
visit to Florida and we had a brilliant time. We thought the villa was
excellent it was like home from home everything we required was
provided for and the location was excellent, close to the parks and
several golf courses (which I had to try), we will definitely use your

would have done different was to get pool heat. The cover seemed to

We had a great
time. Your villa is wonderful. You have furnished
it perfectly. There is truly nothing missing. The pool heat
was not a problem for us. We did not request it and the water
was warm enough without it.
We are
definitely keeping your place in mind for future trips and will
recommend it to friends.

had a outstanding time at your villa. What a beautiful and
comfortable home! We will highly recommend your villa to all
of our family and friends for future trips to the Orlando area and Disney

We had a wonderful time in
Florida! The
pool was sooo hot when we first got there (close to 100) that we called
the managers right away. I guess there was a problem with the
thermostat. We got it regulated somewhat by the end
of the week and the kids were in it nearly every waking hour- hot or
cold! I'm glad it was mostly a little too hot than too cold.
The
house was great. We would suggest an electric skillet for
making big breakfasts, and maybe more plastic plates and bowls for the
children. Other than that it was delightful. We
really liked the fact that it wasn't backing up to other houses, very
private and that it was a gated community. The lady that "manned" the
gate always had a smile for us, which was nice to see coming and
going. You can mention in your ad that you have a
"Pack-n-Play" available. Our friends used it as a portable
crib for their youngest We
would love to come again sometime! I have your house
bookmarked and we
will definitely keep you in mind for future
vacations. We like that area (Davenport) because it's out of
the Disney rush, yet has a Walmart close by.

We just wanted to drop you a line
to say thanks for the use of your villa for the past couple of
weeks. We all had a great time and the villa is absolutely
stunning. We have already been talking about returning next
year and hope to be in touch with you about it in the near future.
We are in Fort Myers for a week now
to unwind after our tiring visits to the theme parks but will be back
in England at the end of the week.

| We had a fantastic time in Orlando
and much of that was due to the quality and standard of your villa.
We
felt very comfortable there and spent a great deal of time in the pool
(we had the agency turn on the pool heat after the first couple of
days). The decor
and furnishings were to a high standard and we would be happy to
recommend it to our friends. The only
problems I now have is two kids who want a swimming pool at home and
the overwhelming desire to sit in a Jacuzzi when I get home in the

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Your home was
wonderful. In fact it was TOO wonderful. My wife
has been pestering me ever since to look into buying one of our
own. NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!
We noticed that you were missing a pool skimmer so we picked one up and
left it for the next guests.
The house was everything that we thought it would be and
MORE. The next time we are planning a trip to Florida you can
be assured that we will be looking to use this property again.

Dear Nigel and Lisa
Just got back from
Florida and wanted to thank you for letting us stay inyour villa.
It is
gorgeous. By far the best and most luxurious that we have
ever stayed in. We loved it and had a
great time.
Unfortunately the pool
heating and spa did not work the whole week that we were
there. We reported it but they
had to order a part that didn't arrive whilst we were there. It didn't spoil it for
us but the kids were a bit disappointed not to have the pool heated
and use of the spa. Not a big deal but
wondered if the extra money we did pay is refundable?
In any event, we will be
back in touch because we would love to stay there again next time we go
to Orlando.

Dear Nigel & Lisa,
Having
just returned from staying at your luxury villa, we wanted to write and
let you know what a wonderful time we had. Having stayed previously in
room only, this is now something we will never do again!
To
come back from a long busy day at the parks and be able to relax around
your own private heated pool is great – my son could play / swim and
carry on wearing himself out until late!
I would recommend pool heat to
anyone travelling in October.
The
villa itself is maintained to a high standard, is spacious comfortable
& has all the facilities you would expect. The location is
great
set within a safe gated residential community, with only a short drive
to the nearest shops and the attractions such as Walt Disney World.
The
pool had plenty of toys, airbeds & balls to keep my son more
than
occupied, that’s not forgetting the games room & playstation,
which
kept everyone entertained.
We
all had a fabulous time, your home is beautiful, we will be returning
& we will most definitely be recommending you to our family
&
friends.

We had just
come back from our Orlando vacation and I’d like to thank you for
letting us stay in your villa. Your house was absolutely lovely and we
had a great time. The house was comfortable, accommodating and with
tons of fun activities to enjoy. My father said it’s the best vacation
he’d ever had in his life.

villa was excellent and exceeded our expectations - the website does
not do it justice.
One
suggestion; the villa could do with more pillows and pillowcases -
everybody in our party wanted two pillows and we were fighting over the
spare ones!

It was
wonderful!!! We had a blast in Orlando and loved the house.
The house was great. The pool was a little cold because the
blanket you put on it at night was all falling apart, but other than
that it was great.

We
had a great time in Florida and enjoyed your Villa. It was
nice to come back to a quite and comfortable home after a long
day at the parks and beach. We especially enjoyed the 4
bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - there was not fighting amongst the kids and
we did not have to share our bathroom with the kids like we would have
had to do if we would have stayed at a hotel. We will
definitely be going the Villa route the next time that we vacation.

We
had a truly wonderful family holiday the villa is very well laid out
and in a perfect spot. We met Terry who was lovely who came to
check we were ok the only incident we had was I slipped in the shower
on our last day (I hadnt been drinking honest!!) and I wonder if a
rubber shower mat should be available although I had been in and out of
the shower all fortnight with no problem (nothing seroius just a
bruised arm). We can reccommend discovery cove and airboat rides
and we would definately reccommend your place to friends and
family. We loved the games room, jacuzzi and pool and James has
left a 3/4 sized pool cue, game of jenga and seaworld capes for others
to use.
