How do we book? |

your contact details, and we will get right back to you. To secure your
reservation we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week. |

What happens on arrival? |
A |
10
days prior to your departure date you will recieve an information
letter. The letter will contain your own unique door entry code which
will open your front door key box, containing your villa key. We would
ask that you arrive at the villa no earlier than 4pm, to enable our
cleaning company to fully prepare the villa. We would also ask that you
depart no later than 11am on your departure day to enable our cleaning
company to prepare the villa for the next guests. |

Why do I have to pay a security deposit? |
A |
Accidents
do happen and we would hope that you contact the Management Company if
you should break or damage anything. When you depart the villa will be
thoroughly cleaned and a report will be submitted to our Management
Company. Your deposit will be returned within 14 days of your return,
subject to confirmation, that the villa and its contents are in the
same condition as on your arrival. Any damage, breakages, excessive use
of utilities and/or leaving the villa in such condition that warrants
extra cleaning will be made good from your security deposit. |

If we have any problems with the villa who do we contact? |

We
employ a Property Management Company close to Solana who look after the
day to day running of the villa. Their details will be included in the
information letter. Help and advise can also be found in the Solana
Guest Services. |

Is smoking allowed? |
A |
Smoking
is strictly prohibited anywhere within the villa and pool area, so that
we can maintain a clean smoke free environment for all our guests. May
we advise that in Florida you will find that smoking is not allowed in
public places such as restaurants and there is a total smoking ban
within the airports. |

Is there a maid service? |
A |
The
villa is professionally cleaned between guests. A washer, dryer, dish
washer and vaccum cleaner are provided for your use. Contact the
management company if you require a weekly maid service. |

Are there any safety precautions? |
A |
The
villa is fitted with smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher in accordance
with Florida State Law. The Pool and Jacuzzi are surrounded by a safety
netting to prevent young children from using the pool when
unsupervised. We would however advise that children are never left
unattended whilst in or around the pool. To keep your valuables safe we
have fitted a heavy duty safe in the master bedroom. |

How many people can stay? |

The
villa has 4 bedrooms each sleeping 2 people. There is a queen sleeper
sofa in the Family Room which converts to a double bed and we also
provide a travel cot. In order to comply with Florida State Fire
Regualtions, a maximum of 10 people may stay at any one time. |

Is there a golf course nearby? |
A |
Solana
Resort is close to a number of golf courses. 5 minutes away you will
find the Highlands Reserve Golf Club or the magnificent Champions Gate,
which is a PGA Championship course. There is also a putting green on
the resort for the less adventurous. |

Are there any stores nearby? |

Leave
the Solana Resort and turn right onto the US27. About 5 minutes up the
road on the left is a Publix Supermarket and 5 minutes further up the
road, just over the Highway 192 on the right hand side is a huge
Wal*Mart Supermarket. |

Does the villa have a telephone? |

Villa
Florida Belle has one telephone number for outgoing and incoming calls.
Local calls and select 1-800 numbers to local attractions, airlines and
rental car companies will be free of charge. Out of area and
international calls are blocked, which means they can only be made with
a credit card or a telephone card. The telephone cards can be obtained
from places like Wal*Mart, Publix, Walgreens etc. Calls to the UK from
the villa telephone cost just 10 cents a minute. |
