POOL
HEATER - from £75.00 ($115) per week
We recommend that you take this option between the months of October
through to March if you wish to use the pool. Electric pool heaters are
expensive to operate. The pump turns on whenever the pool filter is on
for approximately 7 to 9 hours a day. The water temperature is set at
86°F. However, if the air temperature drops below 50°F,
the pump will operate, but will not be able to heat the water as it
relies on sucking warm air in as part of its operation. Although the
pump will still be operating, it will not be able to heat the water.
Unfortunately, the operating cost remains the same and no refund can be
made. In saying that, the normal average temperature does not drop
below 50°F. If you use the pool blanket supplied, when the pool
is not in use, this will help the pool to retain its heat. If you wish
to use the Jacuzzi during the summer months you will need to
pay for pool heat.
